TeckPath is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will be involved in every aspect of IT/Security (MSP)/web Development/Marketing providing administrative and client support on various projects. What We’re Really Looking For: Someone who is fun, personable, and easy-going while still professional and motivated. You must be extremely organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks while being accountable for your work. Our main focus is finding the right fit for our team. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a real interest in learning from an experienced group are key! Qualifications: – Post-Secondary education with a diploma or degree in marketing or related field – Preferably a minimum of 2 years related work experience (IT or MSP, Social media, Design/Web Dev, project management) – Friendly and personable with very strong customer service abilities – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Project management and collaboration platforms Such as (Monday.com, MS Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive – Able to work independently and in a team environment – Proficient in working with deadlines and multiple projects in parallel – Meticulously organized and task-driven Some Responsibilities Include: – Assisting the project manager with multiple projects at once – Assigning tasks for designers & developers – Assisting clients with project tasks, taking in requests, project details and scheduling – Speaking directly with clients, meetings and updating them on project statuses – General office management – Internal organization, processing payments, basic invoicing – Attending marketing/sales meetings alongside managers with potential & existing clients – Organizing and scheduling advertisement due dates and files with large media companies – Allocate printing quotes and process print orders – Contributing to a team effort of the agency by helping out as needed with miscellaneous tasks Room for promotion and extra responsibility for the right candidate who is committed to a career at TECKPATH and growing in a Small and medium-sized Managed IT and Digital Transformation agency.
